I ordered from aromatools.com and everything showed up fine but the shipping was slower than I thought it would be. It sat for a few days before it even started moving which was a little annoying. Nothing came damaged and the tracking did update after a while. Overall not bad just not very quick.

I placed a big order and expected at least one tiny disaster, but nope — everything showed up right on time. Smooth, easy, and surprisingly stress-free.

I don’t know why anyone would make learning about oils more complicated than it needs to be, so I actually appreciated the resources on aromatools. The guides were simple, clear, and easy to follow, which helped me figure out the basics without feeling overwhelmed. I found answers quickly and didn’t feel like I had to dig through a bunch of confusing stuff. For learning the essentials, it’s a solid site

At first I was kind of like, “Eh, this is just okay.” Some of the stuff felt average and I wasn’t all that impressed. But then after using it a bit more, I guess I warmed up to it. A few things are actually decent, just not amazing. So yeah, not bad, but I wouldn’t call it top quality either.

I wasn’t expecting AromaTools to have this much stuff!!! I found bottles, labels, and all these little accessories in one spot, which made it super convenient. The site was easy to look through too, so I didn’t have to bounce around to a bunch of other places!!!

I’ve been using these bottles for a bit, and overall they feel solid. They’ve taken a couple of accidental drops without any real issues, which was nice to see. One of the caps did get scratched, but it still closes properly and works just fine. So far, I’m happy with how they’ve held up

I ordered one of the essential oil storage boxes from AromaTools, and overall it’s been decent. It looks nice on my shelf and holds my bottles without any trouble, so I’m happy with the basic function of it.
The shipping took a little longer than I thought it would, though I did get the confirmation email and receipt right away, so at least I knew the order went through. The latch is the main thing I’m not crazy about — it works, but it feels a bit flimsy and not as sturdy as I expected.

For the price, I’d say it’s okay, just not amazing. I was hoping it would feel a little more solid, but it still does the job. I might buy another one if I saw it on sale.

The diffuser is working okay so far and the mist comes out steadily. It is a bit noisier than I expected, though, which makes me a little less confident about how well it’ll hold up over time

I returned a jacket because the fit was a little off. I was kind of annoyed at first since I’d been excited to wear it, but the return process ended up being really easy. Support answered quickly, and the refund showed up on my card in a few days. Overall, I’d definitely order again.
